convenient stay with friendly staff
helpful staff nice breakfast
the staff was helpful throughout my stay i appreciated their assistance with directions the breakfast was very nice with several options i thought greg from the dining hall was helpful he is a credit to the hotel.
i noticed limited towel hanging space in the bathroom the absence of a dedicated spot made it a bit inconvenient to manage towels after showering or washing up this could easily be fixed.

the hotel is very central it provides easy access to local attractions and transport links i found it convenient for exploring the surrounding area and accessing nearby amenities.

the room was clean i found the beds were quite comfortable i slept well each night the room size was adequate for a short stay and provided sufficient space to relax.

breakfast was well-organized with polite staff i appreciated the attentive service the slim young lad with facial hair was particularly attentive evening meal was also nice with generous portions.

the entertainment provided was fabulous i enjoyed bingo and found the tv theme songs amazing the pig race was a fun and unique activity that added to the experience the dining room staff were efficient and warm.

quiet room clean room helpful staff
The room I had was quiet and very clean I really appreciated this. The staff were very good and always willing to help with any questions I had. I did not eat many meals at the hotel but the food I had was up to standard.

The double room had a comfortable bed and adequate space. I also found provided toiletries and fresh towels a nice touch I did appreciate. There was a television with several channels for entertainment.

Breakfast was rich and tasty I found a great variety of foods. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured I had everything I needed. The restaurant atmosphere was cozy and calm.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
central location clean room friendly staff bingo game
The hotel had a central location near the Winter Gardens. My room was super clean and cozy and the staff acted in a friendly manner. I really liked Greg's humor in the dining room and the food offered enough options to suit many people. I won a bingo game for £140. That was a nice surprise.

Staff members were helpful and polite when assisting with directions. The waiter entertained us during mealtimes with his cheerful attitude. Angel was very efficient seating everyone in the restaurant promptly.

the location was very convenient. all the staff members were friendly. they were very good with children.
the room was too small. the decor was old fashioned and needs updating. the bar area was too dark and dingy, it lacked sufficient lighting, especially when waiting for transport (i found this quite inconvenient).

uncomfortable beds rude barman
I must report, the comfort of the bed was less than satisfactory. i could feel the springs, which caused some discomfort through the night. additionally, the advertised free bar from 8-10 pm was not honoured. The barman was quite rude when i questioned the matter. it seems basic customer service is wanting at this hotel.

The check-in process was very pleasant! and the staff were helpful. I stayed in a room that had tea making facilities. The location was great. It made getting around easy.
My room could have been cleaned better, apply, twice. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. There was just one hook on the back of the door. The carpets were dirty and stained. They needed a good clean.
